It's truly an unusual combination. People are being asked to cut down on food to lose weight and, at the same time, help others who are hungry.
It's part of a national "Lose for Good" campaign launched by Weight Watchers to help food banks around the country, including those in our area.
Bob Williams talks to Shannon Dewey, a Weight Watchers representative, to find out more about the program and what others can do to help.
