Sarah Pusateri It was only four short years ago that Sarah decided to trade in ice storms and blizzards for sandy beaches and sunsets. She says so far, it's been a good trade. But it hasn't been all pina coladas by the pool for her. She was born in Buffalo, NY but grew up in towns south of the city. After attending Canisius, a private college, in Buffalo, NY, she decided to pursue journalism as a career. In December '06, Sarah graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Criminal Justice. To gain work experience, she interned at 102 JAMZ and Central Florida News 13, and served soup and salad at The Olive Garden to pay the bills. When she's not covering the news in Marion County, you can find Sarah at the beach, getting exercise, reading, writing, listening to music, or going out with friends.
