Florida Senate approves bill for year-round Daylight Saving Time

A bill to let Florida remain on Daylight Saving Tine year round is headed to Gov. Rick Scott's Desk after the Senate approved it.

While the rest of the Eastern United States would set their clocks back in Fall, Florida wouldn't, leaving it with more sunshine in the evening during the winter.

Hawaii, most of Arizona, and a few other U.S. territories do not observe Daylight Saving Time.
