More arrests made in the UF housing scandal

The University of Florida Housing scandal is growing.

Police have arrested associate director of financial services Stina Schoneck on a charge of grand theft. And former senior housing director Azfar Mian was re-arrested on new charges of grand theft.

Investigators think the two embezzled as much as $470 thousand dollars over a 15-month period.

UF officials say they deposited checks from third-party vendors received by UF Housing into their own bank account, and then withdrew cash for their own use.

Three other department employees have also been fired.
