Non-profit organization honors fallen Gilchrist County Deputies

A global non-profit organization is honoring four fallen deputies in Florida, including two in North Central Florida.

Point 27 sent a thin blue line scripture-inscribed dog tag to the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office to honor Sergeant Noel Ramirez and Deputy Taylor Lindsey, who lost their lives last month.

The organization has also sent scripture-inscribed folded flag pendant necklaces to the family members of the fallen deputies.

Point 27 also sent the dog tag to the Highland County Sheriff's Office, in honor of the Deputy William Gentry Jr, who was killed last week.

And the Brevard County Sheriff's Office in honor of Deputy Kevin Stanton, who was killed in February.
