Its not quite like the month of August, but January is "Back to School Time," part two. That means its time for many students--from grade school to college--to plan for the year-end exams. Many families turn to private tutors for a little boost. But when should parents take this step... and how much should they expect to accomplish? In the Family Spotlight, Amber Howell, Director of the Sylvan Learning Center in Gainesville tells TV 20's David Snyder why there is a a rush on tutors this time of year.
