For ten year old Cassidy O'Neill, "adversity" means battling a chronic illness...and national lawmakers who are thinking about cutting funding for research.
In the Family Spotlight, Cassidy and her mother, Anastasia Albanese O'Neill explain to TV 20's David Snyder why Miss O'neill goes to Washington.
