Losing a loved one is one of life's most painful experiences.
Most of us share some of the same emotions, as we saw at a ceremony last night for two firefighters who were killed this week--but everyone grieves differently.
In the Family Spotlight, Courtney Quirie, the Director of Volunteer Services with Haven Hospice tells TV 20's David Snyder how bereavement programs are designed to help people work through the pain.
