Some are calling it a crisis. 24 million Americans have diabetes. Another 57 million ini a stage called "Pre-Diabetes" could be about to get it. That's roughly one out of every four people.
There's no cure... but in the Medical Spotlight, Theresa Davis, a Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Instructor at North Florida Regional Medical Center tells TV 20's David Snyder there is a simple but effective rule of thumb for people to reduce their chances of suffering from diabetes.
