Medical Spotlight 8/16/10 "Scooter Danger"

When a scooter is involved in a roadway accident, its almost always with a bigger vehicle. That spells danger for whoever is on the scooter. The injuries are often serious, at best. In the Medical Spotlight, Darwin Ang, M.D., Ph.D., a trauma surgeon at UF, tells TV 20's David Snyder that his new new study is suggesting some big changes for the way scooters are used-- and regulated.
