We've long been told the benefits of exercise. Its starting to become obvious that this advice is valid as long as we live. And the benefits are not just for the body-- but for the mind.
In the Medical Spotlight, Todd Manini, Ph.D., an Assistant Professor in the Department of Aging and Geriatric Research at UF's College of Medicine tells TV 20's David Snyder why even the least strenuous exercise can lead to major benefits later in life.
