Medical Spotlight 10/10/11 "Pink Pumpkins"
Published October 10th, 2011
We are seeing a lot of pink around North Central Florida this October.
It's for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
And pink is popping up on things usually associated with other colors.
In the Medical Spotlight, Lindy Brounley, Communications Director for the UF Shands Cancer Center tells TV20's David Snyder why--if orange is the color for Jack O'Lanterns, then pink is the color for Jill O'Lanterns.
To RSVP for the pumpkin painting program on October 15th, call (352) 273-5718.
