TV20 STUDIO - Dr. Tecla Myrick was here Tuesday to talk about giving safe toys to your pets this holiday season.

Avoid giving your pets toys with long, stringy parts like ribbons or tinsel as they can cause health problems if ingested.

Don't give pets old clothes to play with, as those are also harmful when ingested.

Supervise your pets as they play with toys to make sure they don't destroy and eat them.
