Help Feed the Needy
Published April 23rd, 2007
The Bread of the Mighty Food Bank is getting so dangerously low on canned goods, they don't have much to feed the needy. It's not just homeless people who need the food, it's the working poor, children, and the elderly. This week, mothers and grandmothers will be lining up for food, and right now, they don't have enough to feed them.
If you would like to help, you can bring your donations to the Bread of the Mighty Food Bank at 325 NW 10th Ave. It's located two blocks away from the Gainesville Police Station. For more information you can log onto www.breadofthemighty.org or call (352)-336-0839.
