Soaring Gas Prices
Published May 21st, 2007
Across the country, on average, it will cost drivers $3.20 for a gallon of gas. In Florida, the average is $3.12 per gallon.
However, it is a lot higher in North Central Florida. A gallon will run drivers about $3.18. That is up twenty cents from last month.
With memorial day right around the corner, it could take a toll on people's wallets who are planning on a weekend get away.
Experts say by the height of the summer there is a strong chance drivers could see gas at four dollars a gallon.
