He got a demotion at the Alachua County Sheriff's Office, but now Jim Troiano is getting a promotion as High Springs Police Chief.

Sheriff Sadie Darnell demoted Troiano back in December after she says some deputies complained about his managerial skills. But WCJB's Gavin Johnson tell us, the City Manager in High Springs says one department's loss is another one's gain.
