Stadium Club Condos Behind Schedule
Published April 11th, 2008
A lawsuit and a lack of money has halted work on the Stadium Club Condos. Reich Construction Company is suing the condo developer for more than 131 thousand dollars. The construction site has become vacant and the surrounding business owners want answers. Their businesses have suffered because the site blocks anyone traveling on 18th Street near University. Chris Doering is one of the brokers who stepped in to try to set the project back on track. As a former Gator football great, Doering says this development will be important to the possible alumni tenants.
