Some in one North Central Florida city say they've lost faith in their police department. As a result the police chief is out of a job. Many people living in Cedar Key claim over the years they've been harassed and have even witnessed police brutality.

WCJB's Gavin Johnson reports now that the police chief's contract hasn't been renewed, some hope they can start trusting those who are supposed to protect them.
