Child Porn Arrest In Alachua

Tuesday Florida became the state to provide victims of child pornography a chance to sue sexual offenders and predators who download or distribute images of the child sexual abuse. Lawmakers are calling the "Exploited Children's Rights Act" groundbreaking.
WCJB's Gavin Johnson tells us, the law comes on the same day as some here in North Central Florida found out their neighbor may become eligible to be sued.
