Law Enforcement Memorial

On Friday night, a ceremony was held at Kanapaha Park to honor law enforcement officers who have been killed in the line of duty.
Gainesville Police Department Lieutenant Corey Dahlem's name will be added to the memorial wall dedicated to officers killed in the line of duty.
Lt. Dahlem was hit and killed by a drunk driver while directing traffic after the UF basketball championship celebration last April.
