If you're looking for a new home you may have noticed that some of the prices are dropping. Realtors say it has nothing to do with competition, but more to do with the sluggish housing market. But, WCJB's Gavin Johnson tells us, if you're having trouble selling your home there's a new trend that may help you finally put a sold sign in the yard.
