Fay floods roads in Putnam County

Residents in Putnam County were the first in our area to feel the effects of Tropical Storm Fay.
Some roads already flooded this afternoon, and scores of residents checked into shelters.
Organizers at the Emergency Operations Center say anyone looking for information should call their 24-hour hotline at (386) 329-1904.
