With the threat of another strong storm and all the rain it could bring, neighbors at the Robin Lane community in Northwest Gainesville are getting ready. Four years ago Hurricane Frances hit, dumping 13 inches of rain in Alachua County and leaving four people dead. The Robin Lane community was one of the most vulnuerable places to live, getting hit hardest. Some in that neighborhood live in the valley, in between two steep hills, which might make them a target again. Robin Lane wasn't the only neighborhood in North Central Florida to suffer from flooding that sometimes lingered for weeks. Emergency managers say those places will be the most vulnerable this time around as well.
