U.S. Representative Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) and “Days of Our Lives†actress Deidre Hall Visited North Central Florida, campaigning for Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama. Their 'Change We Need' Women for Obama tour Made stops at The Villages, Ocala and Gainesville, addressing women’s issues.
At Gainesville's Women for Obama event, highlighting Senator Obama’s policies that will help all women from working mothers to retirees, Ms. Hall and Rep. Maloney discussed Sen. Obama’s commitment to pay equity, among other issues relevant to women.
