Alachua County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating to separate invasion robberies with similar circumstances.

Both incidents happened Friday night within an hour. The first happened at the Budget Inn on Southwest 13th street. During that one... two men... dressed in all black with ski masks... kicked in the door... tied the victim's up with zip ties and stole money.

The second incident happened at Garden Apartments on Southwest 75th street. at that one... the victims also were tied up with zip ties and the suspects had the same description.
