Residents may be expecting the very first bus on tracks similar to the transit system used in Eugene Oregon. It will function like rail and will provide an alternate mode of transportation.

"This is essentially a mass transit system that will help alleviate congestion on the roads it will help a lot of the congestion that exists there today," said Marcela Camblor, the Principal from Marcela Camblor Associates.

Although its been discussed in the past few years, this project is still in the preliminary stages. There is no timetable for the development. For more on this story please see video:
