"My baby girl,my little princess is gone," Ayana Archer said.
      A life lost...and a family's grief.
     "I can't do anything to bring her back.  I miss her so much," Archer said.
     And a mother remembering her daughter's six short years.
     "My daughter, she really loved playing with her Bratz dolls, she loved dancing, she loved to dress up," Archer said.
      Ayana Archer's daughter, Jani'yah Irving, died Saturday when she was hit by a delivery truck while riding her bike with her two brothers in Northeast Gainesville.
      Police say Jani'yah either couldn't or didn't stop at an intersection and rode underneath the back end of a truck carrying mattresses.
     She had head trauma and died at Shands UF.
     "She couldn't have survived it at all," Archer said.
      GPD officers say there are signs posted saying "No Through Trucks," but charges have not been filed against the driver.
     "A semi-truck in a residential neighborhood? That could've happened to anybody but unfortunately it was my baby," Archer said.
      Jani'yahs nickname was "pooty-poo," and her friends and family have been stopping by the accident site all day to leave candles, bears, and cards to remember a life lost.
      In Jani'yah's room, her family put special toys and pictures on her bed.
     Jani'yah was a kindergartner at Metcalfe Elementary.
     Grief counselors were there today, and the principal says the counselors will be available whenever students need to talk about the loss of their classmate.
     "She had a wonderful heart and she always wanted to help other students," Felecia Moss, principal, said.
