A fatal crash has taken the life of a Worthington Springs man. Tylor S. Harrell, 22, died when he lost control of his 1994 Chevrolet Camaro on State Road 121 and County Road 18, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release. The Camaro slid acroos both lanes of the road and struck a ditch embankment. The roof then struc a light pole. Harrell, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
