He may only be a teenager but now he's wanted for attempted murder. Police say seventeen year-old Ricky Franklin fired bullets at a truck while someone was driving and through a window of a nearby home.
The shooting that took place yesterday at the corner of NW 13th Avenue and 9th Street in Ocala.
Police are unsure of the motive but say the truck's driver knows Franklin from a previous shooting involving his son's friend. The home Franklin shot into was completely unrelated.
The home was occupied at the time, but fortunately no one was injured
Anyone with information on Franklin's whereabouts is asked to call crime stoppers at 368-STOP.
