Weight Loss Programs
It's been almost six weeks since we last spoke to the stay at home mom, Julie Szydlowski. She's going to the gym and says she feels great, even though she had one minor set back.
Six weeks later and Julie Szydlowski, a stay at home mom of two, is still going strong. Julie's been going to Gainesville Health and Fitness to get back to a healthy lifestyle for herself and her family. Julie's goal is to get in shape and get off of her high blood pressure medication and she has since changed the foods she eats from junk to greens and fruits.
Due to a minor setback, she just recently started back at the gym. Julie became sick and was told to not workout for a week or so. She is on a moderate training program until she's 100 percent.
Gainesville Health and Fitness Center has been around since 1975 and with three locations, they have almost 30,000 members. Julie hasn't lost much weight because of the illness, but has gained some muscle.
Stay tuned for our next piece, when we revisit all three participants and check in on their progress.
