Body Found in Newnan's Lake

The man who was found in Newnan's Lake has been identified as 53-year old Ollen James Rogers of Gainesville.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission recovered a body Thursday around 2 p.m. in Newnan's Lake.
The search effort began Wednesday night after friends of the man had reported he went missing in the water. He had supposedly gone boating and drinking Wednesday afternoon.
The FWC and Alachua County Sheriff's Office searched for the man during the night and all morning using a helicopter, dive team and boaters.
Deputies are continuing to investigate how the man ended up in the water.
The name of the missing man is not being released at this time because authorities are notifying relatives.
