Several trees were knocked over in the Rockwood Villas Complex in Southwest Gainesville. One of the trees appeared to be about 50 feet long. No one was hurt in the incident. It did surprise one Betsy Addision one of the residents. "Sheets of rain were coming down and then all of the sudden I looked over and whoosh, down went the tree." A tree service was there cleaning up the mess within about an hour.
