Secrets to Crazy Daizy's Meatloaf

At Crazy Daizy's Cafe in McIntosh, owner Brenda Crawford has perfected her meatloaf. TV20's Erica Rodriguez talked Crawford into sharing her secrets. Here's the recipe:
5 lbs. ground chuck
2 cups Japanese panko bread crumbs
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp steak rub
5 crumbled beef buillon cubes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture evenly in a large baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until meatloaf reaches 160 degrees inside.
