Around 8:20 last night, a 45 year old woman left her purse in the shopping cart as she was unlocking her vehicle. That's when a man snatched the purse, ran to the getaway vehicle and drove off, all while the woman hung on to the purse. She was dragged a short distance.
Joshua Clemons and Whitney Matthews were arrested after deputies say they attacked two teenagers on Archer Road. They are being held at the jail on 60-thousand dollar bonds. The purse snatching victim is expected to be okay.
