Decreasing Crime Rates

While concerns are growing in some places about risinig crime rates, residents of one town may be feeling a little safer. The crime rates in Williston is down almost thirty percent. "Use the old cliche, thinking outside of the box...you've got to use new techniques to deploy your people and in turn it keeps them fresh."
High Spring's Police Chief Jim Troiano is also reporting about a 30% decrease in crime. Each Chief knows the numbers could change at anytime and are taking extra precautions to keep things on track.
