Machen says "Budget Cuts Are Over" plans to hire 100 people.

A fresh round of University of Florida layoffs were announced earlier this month, but today University President Bernie Machen says new hires are on the way. Machen plans to hire up to 100 new faculty members using stimulus money and believes major budget cuts could be a thing of the past.
