It's a business that boasts of being a "new and exciting" adult social club- but Marion County Law Enforcement says some of what it offered wasn't legal.
Early Saturday morning agents performed a search warrant at "Hot Tropics Hideaway"....a swingers club in northwest Marion County.
When undercover agents with the Multi-Agency Drug Enforcement Team went into the club, they found patrons gambling and some with drugs and closed the site down.
"We received numerous complaints from the neighbors that they suspected prostitution, drug use and gambling on this property."
Police arrested three people, including Hot Tropics owner Jay Judge.
