Archer's special election today brings an end to a chaotic couple of months in which two commissioners vacated their positions mid-term, and the city was forced to name its sixth permanent or interim city manager in just the past five years.
TV20's Josh Rosenthal tells us while Archer officials and residents alike admit their city's government has been a little unstable lately, they think they're heading in the right direction.
