Detectives in Ocala are investigating a shooting that left couple Marta and Elliot Torres dead early Tuesday afternoon.
The couple relocated to Ocala from Fort Myers. Police say Elliot shot his estranged wife and then himself outside Davis Supply, Inc. on NE 8th Road in Ocala.
The couple leave behind five children.
Police say the couple had domestic problems in the past, earlier this month Marta reported to police that she was afraid of Elliot and obtained an injunction against him.
Marta was a current employee of Davis Supply Inc. and Elliot formerly worked there.
