Fall Festival Benefits Parents of Special Needs Children

Families of children with special needs gathered at Metcalfe Elementary School on Saturday for the Family Fall Festival, hosted by Early Steps. The festival featured face painting, therapy horses and a puppet show among other things. Organizers of the festival hope to make this event an annual tradition. TV20's Jamel Lanee attended the event and spoke to the organizers.
