Police say if she hadn't lied in the first place, she might not have been charged with a crime. Instead, an All-American University of Florida gymnast is now behind bars.

About two weeks ago we told you about a man who was arrested because police say he stole a number of items including nine guns.

Police found the guns in the apartment of the man's girlfriend. She said she didn't know anything about them and she wasn't arrested.
