An 83-year-old woman was rescued from her burning home Tuesday morning.
A group of neighbors noticed smoke coming from the home around 9:30 and called for help. They also carried the woman off the property.
The home was severely damaged, and the woman suffered burns to her hand. But, she says, she's glad her neighbors came to her rescue.
