And retailers say this holiday season has come earlier than ever before.
The big sales are happening earlier this holiday season than last year....
Still more than a week away from Black Friday, customers says they're already finding the season's best deals, as retailers are competing for your money.
According to the National Retail Federation, this year's sales are expected to drop one percent from last year, totaling about f$4 billion.
But employees at Belk at the Oaks Mall in Gainesville say... they're optimistic.
They've hired more seasonal employees than last year, in hopes more customers will be shopping.
