While the family was away last week, contractors and volunteers worked day in and day out to give the Wagstaffs a better home.
The Wagstaffs are being recognized for their community service. They run a non-profit music business.
People in the crowd said the best part was knowing the community was giving back to a family that has given so much.
The family will speak at a press conference Tuesday afternoon.
