Forty-eight year old Kelvin Miles was found guilty back in November for raping a woman in 1990. He's been serving prison time since that year-- on 36 felony convictions. A D-N-A database was able to link Miles to the rape and today a judge told him how much longer he would stay in prison and that's life.
