St. Francis Meal Dilemma for Christmas

In March, things changed for the St. Francis House when people complained there were hoards of homeless hanging around their businesses. The city renewed St. Francis permits to feed people but reduced how many can eat. The director of St. Francis is hoping to get their permit amended and feed an unlimited amount of people on three national holidays. July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
