Law enforcement from numerous agencies spoke on the steps of city hall. Officers, deputies, Florida Highway Patrol and Florida Department of Transportation all hope to enforce one thing this holiday season and that's traffic safety. The Celebrate Safely campaign kicked off Tuesday.
