Deputies arrested nineteen year old Joshua Brandon Dyar for strangling his aunt, forty five year old Tracey Jeannine Smith. The two argued about him finding a job. A neighbor found Smith Wednesday evening lying on her kitchen floor with her hands and feet tied with electrical cord and a plastic bag taped over her head.
