Dunnellon House Fire

Dunnellon Fire Rescue responded to a house on fire off Second Ave in the city of Dunnellon. A neighbor made the 911 call around 6:30 Monday morning. When firefighters arrived, heavy smoke and flames was coming out the rear of the wood structure. County records show the property is owned by Roberto and Jacquelin Gonzalez...but no one was home at the time of the fire. Firefighters were able to put the fire out in 15 minutes, but 50% of the structure had been damaged.
