Mother nature put a damper in plans today at the Gainesville Raceway. Gatornationals was set to begin today... but the rain cancelled those plans. It is not clear what impact the delay will have for the rest of the qualifying field and the finals which are set for Sunday. Track officials and drivers do prepare for the possibility of bad weather and keep a back-up plan .
